1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zyqual platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Access

Zyqual is provided free of charge to registered Jamaican schools and educators. Access requires a valid official Ministry of Education email address and registration through our approved process.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the privacy and rights of students and colleagues

4. Data Ownership

Data entered into Zyqual remains the property of the relevant school or institution. Zyqual provides the platform and tools but does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
  • Share your credentials with unauthorised persons
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to education

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified before any account action is taken.
