In this hands-on session we’ll review your school’s profile and core setup to ensure everything is configured correctly for reporting and September operations.
What we’ll cover
- Department Setup – structure, naming, and alignment to faculties
- Subject Setup – linking subjects to the correct departments
- Year Group Setup – checks for consistency with classes
- Create Classes & Link Subjects – ensuring timetable flow and access
If time permits:
- Downloading & Setting Up Appraisals – self-appraisal preparation for September
Outcomes
- Confirm your setup is correct and complete
- Identify and fix issues on the spot
- Be ready for lesson observations and September appraisals
