School Administrators, Principals & Senior Teams, Heads of Department, Teachers.
Where?
Live on Zoom – link provided after registration.

1) Registration & Access – Schools that are not registered with Zyqual

  • Go to www.zyqual.com → Register.
  • Enter accurate school details (name, address, contacts).
  • Ministry-affiliated email: request OTP & check inbox for 4-digit code.
  • Do not close the browser before entering the OTP.
  • Wait for School Admin approval (you’ll receive username, role, and temporary password).
  • Login: www.zyqual.com → Login > Services.

2) School Admin Setup – Secondary

Profile & Governance

  • Update School Information & Logo, Contact & Location details.
  • Add Member of Parliament & Education Officer info.
  • Configure School Admin Settings & Website image for Zyqual display.
Structure & Timetabling

  • Set the Period Master.
  • Add Departments & link them to Faculties.
  • Link Subjects to Departments.
  • Add Year Groups & Create Classes.
  • Link Classes to Subjects.
  • Accept/Reject staff, and assign staff to Faculties, Departments, Subjects.

3) School Admin Setup – Infant & Primary

  • Set the Period Master.
  • Add Departments.
  • Add Year Group & Create Classes.
  • Add Subjects and Link Classes & Subjects.

4) Appraisals – Local & National

  • Introduction to the Digital Appraisal & Appraisal Library.
  • Walkthrough of the current version and the redesigned version for data integrity & Data Protection Act compliance.
  • Conduct a Self-Appraisal (practice run).
  • Review sample reports.

5) Lesson Observations

  • Overview of digital lesson observations.
  • Navigating the Lesson Observation Library.
  • Running an observation end-to-end.

6) Reporting Suite

  • Individual & Subject Summaries
  • Department & Faculty Summaries
  • QEC & QEC Comparison Summaries
  • Region & Region Comparison Summaries
  • Whole Country Summary
Important: Correct school setup is essential for data to reach the JTC and other stakeholders for analysis.
