Evaluation License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Zyqual grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and evaluate the Zyqual platform for the purpose of assessing its suitability for your educational institution.

2. Evaluation Period

The evaluation license is valid for the duration specified in your registration agreement. During this period, you may access all features of the platform.

3. Restrictions

  • The evaluation is for assessment purposes only
  • You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
  • Evaluation data may be subject to different retention policies

4. Intellectual Property

Zyqual and all related materials are the intellectual property of Zyqual. This evaluation license does not transfer any ownership rights.
